What makes Bio Masseria Sacco Olive Oil so special

BioMasseria Sacco is an organic agricultural estate located in the heart of the Gargano National Park, near Carpino, Puglia in the fertile plains southeast of Lake Varano. Since 1985, the family run masseria has embraced traditional farming methods, nurturing the land with natural practices while thoughtfully integrating modern technology to enhance quality and efficiency.

Among its products, the estate produces extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from organic Frantoio olives, carefully irrigated throughout their growth to create an elegant, complex oil with vibrant green notes. Mechanically harvested to protect fruit integrity, the olives are milled within hours and cold extracted using a modern two phase system without added water to preserve flavour and quality. The oil is then stored in stainless steel tanks, protected from light and temperature, and laboratory tested for purity and quality before packaging, reflecting the estate’s commitment to sustainable, high quality produce accessible to all.
